What’s not included
Trip Design is the blueprint, not the bookings. Your fee covers research, strategy, and the day-by-day design; you reserve your own hotels, flights, tours, and transfers on your own accounts, with every confirmation and change in your hands. If you’d rather hand the booking off too, that’s exactly what Dream to Done is for.
A little something back.
There are two ways to earn a credit toward your next planning fee: send a friend our way, or book your first plan while our welcome offer lasts.
Referral credits are earned once the friend you refer pays their planning fee in full. Welcome credits apply when your first plan is booked by December 31, 2026. Credits are valid for 18 months, apply to any planning tier, and one credit may be applied per plan. Credits don’t combine.

How do the credits work?
Two ways to earn one. Referral: your friend mentions your name on their inquiry, and once their planning fee is paid in full, you get 50% off your next one. Welcome credit: book your first plan by December 31, 2026 and your next plan is 25% off. Credits are valid for 18 months, apply to any tier, and one credit may be applied per plan.
Why is the planning fee non-refundable?
Research and planning begins immediately after payment. The fee reflects the time invested on your behalf, as well as the plan you receive, which is yours to keep and use whenever you’re ready.

What if my trip doesn’t fit a tier?
Reach out and describe your trip. We’ll give you an honest scope assessment before you commit to anything.
How long does planning take?
Getaway plans: 3–5 business days. Journey and Expedition plans: 7–14 days depending on complexity. Rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee. Reach out to discuss.
What format is the itinerary?
A clean, day-by-day PDF with all recommendations, logistics notes, and links, easy to reference on your phone while traveling.
